Alba Health is a Stockholm-based healthtech startup offering at-home gut microbiome testing and personalised nutrition coaching for children aged 0–12, using research-grade metagenomic sequencing and AI-driven insights. Co-founded in 2022 by former BCG manager Eleonora Cavani and Prof. Emeritus Willem M. de Vos — a microbiome pioneer with 800+ publications — the company is backed by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Oura co-founder Petteri Lahtela, and leading Nordic/European VCs.
