Allonic

Pre Seed · Robotics · Budapest, Hungary · Founded 2021 · 15–30 employees

Allonic is a Budapest-based robotics hardware company pioneering '3D Tissue Braiding', a fully automated manufacturing platform that produces complex, compliant robotic bodies in a single continuous process — eliminating traditional multi-part assembly. Founded in 2021 by Benedek Tasi, Dávid Pelyva, and David Holló, the company addresses the critical manufacturing bottleneck holding back the robotics industry by enabling teams to go from digital design to functional robotic components in minutes rather than weeks. In February 2026, Allonic raised $7.2M in pre-seed funding — the largest pre-seed round in Hungarian history — led by Visionaries Club with participation from Day One Capital, Prototype, SDAC Ventures, TinyVC, RoboStrategy, and angel investors from OpenAI, Hugging Face, ETH Zurich, and Northwestern University. The company has already completed its first pilot project in electronics manufacturing and is seeing strong inbound interest from humanoid robotics companies and major US Big Tech players.
