Axiology is developing a blockchain-based distributed ledger technology (DLT) platform for securities trading and settlement under the EU DLT Pilot Regime. The company provides integrated capital markets infrastructure enabling issuance, trading, and settlement of tokenized securities within a single regulated system. Led by former Bank of Lithuania Board Member Dr. Marius Jurgilas, the startup raised €5 million in seed funding in February 2026, bringing total capital to €7 million. The company holds a rare DLT Trading and Settlement System licence and is working with the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance on digital Government Defence Bonds.
