It uses natural language processing and custom algorithms to automatically rank tasks by urgency, summarise project progress, and surface blockers — adapting its view to each user's role, from individual contributor to director. The product is currently in open beta with a generous free plan and all features unlocked, positioning it as an accessible alternative to tools like Linear, Notion, or Asana. Balladic is built on EU-based AI infrastructure and is GDPR-compliant from day one, with a clear privacy stance: user data is never sold or used for training. The platform also supports MCP-based AI assistant integrations (e.g. Claude, Cursor), native desktop apps, and a full public API — signalling a developer-forward roadmap.
