Bislab is an Oslo-based fintech startup that provides API-based credit ratings, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and transactional data analysis solutions to banks, financial institutions, insurers, and debt collectors. Founded in 2022 by four entrepreneurs with backgrounds at SafetyWing, Knowit, and Accenture, the company holds all necessary licenses as a credit rating agency for both companies and individuals in Norway. It has rapidly grown to nearly 50 clients including Fiken, Eika Forsikring, and BankID, and secured a public contract with the Norwegian Tax Administration. In November 2024, Bislab raised €1.7M in pre-seed funding led by Sondo Capital, with angel investors including Frank Vikingstad, Christoffer Herheim, and Bent Skisaker, and has since attracted investors including PROfounders Capital and Futurum Ventures. The company is currently expanding into Sweden and Finland with ambitions to grow further across the Nordics and beyond.
