Conduct is a London-based enterprise AI startup founded in 2024 by three former Palantir engineers — Jan Philipp Haas, Philipp Hoefer, and Henry Thompson — focused on modernising legacy ERP systems, starting with SAP. Its agentic AI platform allows organisations to query and understand their custom SAP codebases, mapping dependencies and surfacing business logic to accelerate migrations to SAP S/4HANA and reduce costly manual maintenance.
