Series A · AI & Machine Learning · Helsinki, Finland · Founded 2020 · 25–60 employees

DataCrunch provides European AI computing infrastructure with dedicated GPU clusters and serverless inference services, operating data centers in Finland and Iceland powered by renewable energy. The company secured €55 million in Series A funding in September 2025 to become Europe's first AI cloud hyperscaler, challenging US dominance from AWS and Google Cloud. Notable customers include Sony, OpenAI developers, and Freepik, with the company processing hundreds of millions of AI requests monthly. DataCrunch was among the first globally to deploy NVIDIA's HGX B200 systems and is proposing an AI gigafactory in Latvia with 100,000 AI accelerators.
