Depowise provides an AI-powered software platform that automates complex compliance, oversight, and cash flow safekeeping for the asset servicing industry. Spun out of the Estonian IT consulting firm Net Group, the company has scaled successfully without traditional venture capital backing. It has surpassed 2 million USD in annual recurring revenue as a bootstrapped operation. Depowise was also named the winner of the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology's inaugural Catapult: BankTech program in October 2025.
