Dualyx is a Ghent-based clinical-stage biotechnology company founded in 2019 as a spin-off from KU Leuven in partnership with VIB, Ghent University, Argenx and Würzburg University that develops novel immune-modulating therapies centred on regulatory T cells (Tregs) for difficult-to-treat autoimmune diseases; its lead programme DT-001 targets TNF receptor 2 (TNFR2) to expand immunosuppressive Tregs and has progressed into IND-enabling studies, and in 2023 the company raised a €40 million Series A co-led by Andera Partners, Fountain Healthcare Partners and Forbion to advance its pipeline towards early clinical proof-of-concept.
