Ellis develops an end-to-end, autonomous AI claims suite built specifically for European insurers, third-party administrators, brokers, and managing general agents. Founded by former Qover insurtech operators Thibault Gillis and Baudouin de La Rochefoucauld, the platform automates claims intake, document verification, and decision-making. The software operates as a lightweight decision layer on top of existing Claims Management Systems without requiring complex database migrations. The company secured early backing from the venture fund 100IN as well as the founders of French business-banking unicorn Qonto and Belgian cybersecurity firm Aikido.
