Elsavie is an Estonian healthtech startup offering direct-to-consumer gut microbiome tests alongside personalized dietary plans and functional fiber supplements. Developed in collaboration with the Center of Food and Fermentation Technologies, the platform helps individuals optimize digestive health using home testing kits and a dedicated mobile tracking application. Although its original operating entity entered liquidation, the brand and its assets continue to be active under its parent company Bioexpert. The venture has secured a substantial non-dilutive R&D grant of 1,298,344 EUR from Enterprise Estonia to develop its personalized health account platform.
