Enhanced Genomics (formerly Enhanc3D Genomics) is a Cambridge-based functional genomics company that has developed the GenLink3D platform to map 3D genome organization at high resolution. The company's proprietary technology explores the uncharted non-coding regions that make up 98% of the human genome to identify 3D genetic interactions that can cause disease susceptibility or progression. Founded as a spinout from the Babraham Institute in 2020, the company raised £10 million in Series A funding in 2022 led by BGF and Parkwalk Advisors, and has received support from Johnson & Johnson Innovation through their QuickFire Challenge grant program.
