Enoki

Pre Seed · Cybersecurity · Ghent, Belgium · Founded 2025 · 3–10 employees

Enoki is a Ghent-based AI security startup building a defense platform for LLM-based AI applications and agents. Its core product is an autonomous AI hacker agent that subjects AI applications to hundreds of automatically generated attacks — including prompt injection and data theft scenarios — to expose behavioral vulnerabilities that classic code scans miss. The platform comprises three modules: pre-deployment testing, runtime protection, and a compliance & inventory layer that maps AI risks to regulations such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001. The company is targeting European B2B SaaS companies and large enterprises building their own LLM-powered agents, and is currently onboarding its first design partners while preparing a funding round. Enoki was co-founded by Audrey Stampaert (formerly co-founder of HR scale-up Mbrella), Joachim Roelants (formerly at Fortino Capital), and Sander Noels (postdoctoral AI researcher at Ghent University).
