Pre Seed · Robotics · Zurich, Switzerland · Founded 2026 · 2–5 employees
Exclaim Robotics is a Zürich-based startup building autonomous mobile robots to perform routine repair and maintenance inside AI hyperscale data centres, targeting the safety hazards created by 800V DC power distribution in next-generation racks. The company was founded in 2026 by Helen Oleynikova, a veteran roboticist with 15 years of experience across Willow Garage, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and ETH Zürich, where she co-created nvblox, the 3D mapping and collision-avoidance library shipped in NVIDIA Isaac ROS. Its robots are designed for dexterous manipulation tasks — such as replacing optical transceivers, reseating drives, and managing copper cabling — and will navigate data halls autonomously without requiring infrastructure changes. The pre-seed round of €4.29 million ($4.95M) was co-led by Founderful and Playfair Capital, with participation from Kindred Capital, HCVC, Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company, ACE & Company, Amino Collective, and angels. The company is actively hiring robotics and hardware engineers in Zürich, with two more founding engineers set to join in 2027.
