Eyland Spirits is an Icelandic craft spirits producer best known for its small-batch Ólafsson Gin. The brand differentiates itself by using pristine, lava-filtered Icelandic water and wild-foraged Arctic botanicals such as mountain moss and native Arctic thyme. In early 2026, the company underwent a management buyout led by co-founder Arnar Jón Agnarsson and chef Hrefna Sætran to return the business to private Icelandic ownership. This buyout followed a historical venture capital period that included a 2.01 million USD seed round raised in May 2023.
