Flitter is a French insurtech offering pay-per-mile auto insurance, targeting the 50% of French drivers who travel less than 12,000 km annually. The company has tripled its policyholder base to over 30,000 customers in 18 months through a fully digital model that allows savings up to 50% for low-mileage drivers. Founded in 2022 by Hajer Gorgi, Jérémy Steinberg, and Arnaud Dumora, Flitter raised €3.5 million in November 2023 led by Helvetia Venture Fund and aims for profitability by end of 2024. The startup recently launched connected car technology that automatically reports mileage and has become one of the highest-rated auto insurance companies in France.
