GRAIXL develops a voice-first, artificial intelligence-powered automated interview and candidate screening platform. The tool is designed for recruitment agencies and corporate HR teams, automating first-round screenings by conducting structured two-way voice conversations in more than 50 languages. The platform analyzes candidates on communication and technical skills, delivering transcriptions and rubric-based scorecards to shortlist applicants. The startup officially launched its product in beta in May 2025 and established an operational hub in Belgium alongside its Tallinn headquarters.
