Founded in Ghent, Belgium, Harmoney is the trusted risk and compliance partner for regulated companies across Europe. Our modular SaaS platform connects compliance teams, core systems and third-party providers into one auditable flow, covering KYC, KYB, AML, MiFID, UBO, ESG and third-party risk across the full counterparty lifecycle. Instead of having fragmented tools, our customers get one record, one audit trail and one point of accountability, with up to 90% less manual work and client onboarding up to 5x faster. Today, more than 80 financial institutions across 8 countries use Harmoney, including banks, insurers, wealth managers, asset leasing firms and investment funds. We are around 50 people across Ghent and Paris, with more cities next. We won several awards, including the McKinsey Startup Challenge, which identifies the next European unicorn, in June 2025, and was named in the 2026 FinCrimeTech50 and the RegTech100 2026. In May 2026 we secured a EUR 10 million growth investment from Smile Sail to accelerate international expansion. With AMLR applying from July 2027, compliance teams across Europe are rebuilding how they work. It is the most interesting moment our industry has had in a decade, and we are looking for people who want to build the platform they will run it on.
