HearMe provides employees with online psychological support through a secure and anonymous platform, connecting users with psychologists who specialize in IT industry challenges. Founded in 2020 by Katarzyna Gryzło and Adam Radzki, the platform built a network of around 150 specialists and served 250 corporate clients. In September 2025, HearMe was acquired by Czech company Hedepy to create the largest wellbeing platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The company developed comprehensive workplace mental health solutions including therapy via video and chat, webinars, mood tracking, and crisis intervention services.
