HERVolution Therapeutics is a Copenhagen-based biotech company pioneering novel immunotherapies targeting human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) from the 'dark genome' to treat diseases of aging including cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. The company has developed proprietary engineering approaches to break immune tolerance to HERVs, making these previously undruggable targets visible to the immune system for the first time.
