Founded in 2011 by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, the company offers a business account with Mastercard, invoicing tools, bookkeeping capabilities, and expense management in one platform. The company was recognized as one of Finland's hottest startups by Wired Magazine and was acquired by BBVA in 2016 for an undisclosed amount after raising over €4 million. In 2021, co-founder Tuomas Toivonen bought the company back from BBVA, returning it to its entrepreneurial roots while serving over 35,000 small businesses across Europe.
