IXI is developing the world's first autofocus glasses using advanced eye-tracking technology and dynamic liquid crystal lenses that automatically adapt to the wearer's vision needs. The company was founded by serial entrepreneurs who previously co-founded Varjo, a premium mixed reality hardware startup, bringing deep expertise in advanced optics. IXI raised $36.5 million in Series A funding in April 2025 led by Plural, with participation from Amazon Alexa Fund and other investors.
