The startup raised a seed funding round of nearly seven hundred thousand euros to scale its operations and establish a production facility in Gotland, Sweden to serve the Scandinavian market. The company developed its early products and scaled with technical assistance from Matis, an Icelandic government-owned food and biotechnology research hub.
