Nosi is an online food ordering and software platform designed to support cafes, bars, and restaurants across Estonia. Launched in response to the COVID-19 hospitality crisis, it provides food establishments with an easy-to-use system to accept and manage takeaway or delivery orders. The platform operates as a merchant-friendly alternative to dominant delivery giants by charging a low commission rate of approximately 3%. It integrates seamless payment solutions via Maksekeskus alongside direct courier linkages. The project gained widespread local attention and traction after placing highly during The Global Hack virtual hackathon in April 2020.
