OASYS NOW is a Delft-based healthtech startup building the EU's first AI-powered patient recruitment platform for clinical trials, enabling hospitals and trial sites to identify eligible patients from unstructured medical records in minutes rather than months. Their flagship products include ELaiGIBLE, an AI screening tool for clinical trial eligibility, and GRIP, a patient-facing app that empowers individuals to control their electronic health records and match with relevant trials. The company won the Slush 100 competition in November 2024, taking home €1 million in investment, and has raised a total of $1.33M over three seed rounds from top-tier investors including General Catalyst and Cherry Ventures. Founded by TU Delft alumni Nima Salami and Sara Okhuijsen, OASYS NOW applies a privacy-by-design approach and is targeting a Europe-wide rollout, collaborating with academic medical centers, hospitals, and patient organizations.
