OnTracx is a Ghent University spin-off sports and healthtech startup founded in 2023 that develops a wearable sensor and intelligent load-management platform to objectively quantify cumulative biomechanical load during running — a key factor behind overuse injuries — helping runners, physiotherapists and coaches make data-driven training and rehabilitation decisions; since launching commercially in April 2024 it has sold 500+ sensors, partnered with 20+ sports medical centres, and in September 2025 raised a €1.2 M seed round led by imec.istart Fund, PMV, KBC and sports medicine business angels with VLAIO support to refine the product, scale go-to-market and expand internationally.
