Opisense is a data integration and analytics platform developed by Opinum S.A., purpose-built for energy and environmental actors including gas and power utilities, water and grid operators, and energy services companies. The platform connects to a wide variety of IoT sensors and Building Automation Systems to collect, process, and visualise consumption data, automatically generating customised reports and analyses to improve energy and environmental management of buildings. It integrates with leading BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau, and covers the full data management value chain from ingestion to predictive analytics and emissions monitoring. Opinum was formed through the merger of The Smart Company, where the original Opisense concept was created, and Decision Experts, and has since focused entirely on growing the Opisense platform across European markets.
