Pandektes is a Copenhagen-based legaltech startup that has built an AI-powered legal research platform enabling lawyers and legal professionals to search and navigate legislation, case law, and other legal sources across multiple EU jurisdictions. Founded in 2023 by Casper Laursen and Søren Brokær, the company addresses a critical access gap — in Denmark, for example, lawyers can currently access less than half a percent of all court rulings each year. In February 2025, Pandektes raised €2.9 million in seed funding led by People Ventures and Interface Capital, bringing total funding raised to approximately €3.9 million. Within just two years of founding, the platform has already gained over 100 customers across Europe, including law firms such as DLA Piper and WR-Legal, as well as public institutions like the Danish Competition Authority.
