ParkingAid is a Stockholm-based startup founded in 2022 that uses AI and real-time data to help drivers find available parking and interpret parking signs, while also providing municipalities with a data analytics platform (Citylytics) for smarter urban traffic and parking management. The company serves three customer segments: consumers via a mobile app, businesses and parking apps via a data licensing API (SpotFinder), and municipalities via its B2G analytics platform. It has surpassed 10,000 app downloads with over 80,000 monthly active sessions, and already works with municipalities across Sweden as well as one of Europe's largest parking apps. In early 2025 ParkingAid closed a SEK 2.5M seed round led by Almi Invest alongside Soläng Invest, followed by a further SEK 4M round from the same investors in early 2026.
