Founded in 2024 by Edouard Labarthe (ex-Palantir) and Marc Watine (ex-Harvard AI/geospatial researcher), the platform centralises over 150 geospatial and regulatory datasets to automate pre-diagnostics across 100+ criteria including zoning, grid proximity, and environmental protections. It is backed by Y Combinator (S24) and raised a €3.3M seed round in April 2026 led by AENU, with participation from Kima Ventures, Raise Phiture, Better Angle, and Collab Fund. Clients report completing site analyses up to 20x faster and with 3x greater accuracy, with one developer scaling from 10 to 40 projects per year without adding headcount.
