Project Q is a defense technology startup building interoperable, real-time software systems under an Internet of Defense approach. Its core product is HYDRIS, an open-source, API-first integration and orchestration layer that connects heterogeneous sensors, unmanned systems, drones, and command-and-control platforms. The company secured a 15 million Euro Series A funding round in July 2026 led by Expeditions to scale its operations. German defense electronics specialist HENSOLDT AG participated as a strategic co-investor alongside Heliad and Superangel.
