Qamarero is an all-in-one SaaS platform for independent bars and restaurants in Europe, offering POS, digital menus, QR-based ordering and payment, kitchen display systems, reservations, CRM, and real-time analytics from a single integrated system. Founded in Seville in 2021/2022 by Antonio Bustamante, it was born out of firsthand experience in the Spanish hospitality industry, which represents nearly 5% of Spain's GDP. The platform is already deployed in over 2,500 venues across 50 cities in Spain, with over €100M in orders processed in 2024 and a target of surpassing €300M in 2025. Qamarero was named the startup with the greatest potential in Andalusia at the prestigious EmprendeXXI 2026 Awards, backed by CaixaBank DayOne and ENISA, and is now expanding into France and Italy.
