The platform aggregates fragmented public data from sources like the Estonian Building Registry, Estonian Land Board, and TalTech research into an intelligent system. It enables technical consultants, housing associations, and homeowners to simulate energy efficiency improvements, forecast costs, and visualize renovation scenarios. The company operates as a spin-off of Tallinn University of Technology, which holds equity in the venture. Renokratt has built traction by securing non-equity support and resources through the Beamline Accelerator's Energy and Climate Focus program.
