RingKarp operates a reusable food container and drink cup deposit network designed to eliminate single-use packaging waste in Estonia. Customers pay a deposit to receive food in reusable containers and can reclaim it when returning the items to participating network partners. In 2021, the company won second place in the Negavatt green ideas competition, securing 5,000 EUR in development funding. Additionally, RingKarp received a project grant of 28,099.70 EUR from the Estonian Environmental Investment Centre for its sustainable initiatives. The initiative collaborates with various restaurants, cafes, and takeaway food providers across the region to drive circular economy adoption.
