Skycore Semiconductors is a fabless semiconductor company designing advanced power integrated circuit microchips and switched-capacitor power converters. The spin-out from the Technical University of Denmark targets power delivery bottlenecks in next-generation high-performance computing, such as high-voltage architectures inside AI server racks. To fund its technology, the company raised a five million euro seed round led by Amadeus APEX Technology Fund in November 2025. Skycore Semiconductors is also a member of the Open Compute Project Startup Program and the Berkeley Power & Energy Center.
