SonoFusion is an Estonian medical technology startup developing a next-generation, non-invasive ultrasound surgery platform. The platform utilizes histotripsy and thermal ablation technologies to precisely target and treat anatomical lesions without the need for physical incisions. Led by co-founders Oleg Prus and Evgeny Belov, the enterprise originally initiated its project development in May 2023. It represents a novel approach to surgical interventions by aiming to eliminate the need for physical cutting through therapeutic ultrasound advancements.
