Spotlite develops an artificial intelligence platform for the continuous, remote monitoring of critical infrastructure using Earth Observation satellite data. The software automatically detects hazards such as slope instability, vegetation encroachment, and flooding along transit lines and utilities. By replacing physical inspections with predictive maintenance algorithms, the technology helps operators lower capital expenditures and prevent structural failures. The company leads the WISE consortium, which received more than one million euros in European Union financial backing to develop transportation infrastructure safety evaluations.
