Stockholm-based Talentium develops an AI-native recruitment platform designed to automate and enhance end-to-end candidate sourcing. Driven by its proprietary engine TED, the platform aggregates and analyzes over 850 million candidate profiles across the open web, including specialized technical platforms like GitHub. By using natural language processing, the software automatically parses hiring criteria to rank, match, and enrich talent profiles beyond conventional static resumes. The company raised an initial €3.5 million pre-seed round led by EQT Ventures, alongside backing from notable angel investors including Klarna founder Sebastian Siemiatkowski. Subsequent funding expanded its total equity capital to SEK 121 million as part of an SEK 80 million extension round.
