TerraSpark is a space-technology startup developing space-based solar power systems to harvest continuous sunlight in orbit and transmit it to Earth via radio frequency beams. To mitigate technical and regulatory risks, the company is commercializing terrestrial RF-based wireless energy transmission for remote industrial applications prior to orbital deployment. The startup closed a substantial €5.4 million pre-seed funding round in early 2026 led by Paris-based VC Daphni. Furthermore, Munich-based Dcubed has selected TerraSpark as an optical and RF power-beaming payload partner for the ARAQYS-D3 flight demonstration mission scheduled to launch on a SpaceX flight in 2027 or 2028.
