Vectiopep is a pre-clinical stage biotechnology spin-off from the University of Tartu developing next-generation cancer immunotherapies. The company's proprietary peptide-based mRNA delivery vector selectively targets immune cells in the spleen to bypass the liver-sink limitations of conventional methods. Vectiopep secured a five hundred thousand euro EIC Pre-Accelerator grant in April 2026 to advance its cell-penetrating peptide platform. Additionally, the firm raised four hundred and fifty thousand euros in seed funding from a syndicate including UniTartu Ventures and Orion Ventures.
