Warren.io is a Tallinn-based self-service cloud computing platform that enables regional infrastructure service providers, data centres, and MSPs to launch and manage their own IaaS offerings and compete with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. The platform provides turnkey virtualization, storage, networking, billing, and administration in a white-label, revenue-share model that eliminates upfront licensing fees. Founded in 2016 by Tarmo Tael and Henry Vaaderpass, the company attracted talent from Facebook, Skype, Playtech, and Telia, and counts Estonian cloud provider Pilw.io and Indonesian provider IdCloudHost among its clients. In November 2020 it raised a $1.4 million seed round led by Passion Capital, with participation from Lemonade Stand and angel investors including former Nokia VP Paul Melin and Superangel/NordicNinja co-founder Marek Kiisa. Warren's primary growth markets span Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand) and Europe, with ongoing expansion into Japan, South Korea, and Malaysia.
